# Forwarding and Replying to Emails
This lesson will show you how to forward and reply to emails within AgileCase.
When you click the dropdown menu beside an email, you have the options to forward and reply to it within the system. This saves time by giving users full email functionality within the system, allowing for faster responses and sharing of messages.
## Forwarding
Selecting the **Forward** option will bring up a new email with the text of the selected email already present. You can then pass this email on to other contacts by filling in their email addresses and clicking the **Send E-mail** button.
## Replying
Selecting **Reply** will open a new email with the sender of the selected email set as the recipient, allowing you to quickly reply to their message with your own email.
