# Logging In and Out
### Logging in
You can access your AgileCase account by entering your Email address and password, then clicking the "Login" button.
When logging in, you will be given a total of 7 attempts. After 3 unsuccessful login attempts, you will receive a warning. After a further 2, you will be locked out of your system for five minutes.
To bypass the lockout, you can perform a password reset, which you can learn about [here](/user-documentation/registration-and-personal-settings/resetting-your-password.md). ### Logging out
When you are finished using AgileCase, you can log off by clicking your account name, then selecting the "Log off" button on the dropdown menu.
