This lesson will show you how to create a call note in AgileCase.

Enter note details

 

Once you have decided to create a call note, you will be prompted to fill in the note details.

You can choose the type of call that you are making, whether over phone or a secure messaging service. You can then set a date for the call, select a case and fill in the recipient details.

After this you can enter the main body of text for the note.

Save note

 

Once you have filled in the note details you can toggle whether it is publicly available or private and choose to create a follow up task. Once this is done, click "Save Changes" to create the call note.

View call note

 

Once it has been created, you can view your call note under "Calls" in the "Docs& Comms" tab of a case.
