This lesson will show you how to create notes using AgileCase.
Enter note details
After choosing to create a note you will be prompted to enter some details.
First select the date of publication which will be autofilled to the current days date. After this select a case, enter a title and fill out the body of the note. You can also apply any system label necessary and toggle whether the note will be publicly available or private.
Checking the "Follow up?" box will prompt a task to be created reminding users to follow up on the note.
Once you have finished, click "Save Changes" to create the note.
Once the note has been created you can view it in the "Notes" tab under "Docs&Comms" on the case screen.
