This article will briefly break down the layout of the AgileCase dashboard.
My Alerts and Quick Add
At the top of the dashboard page are the "My Alerts" box and the "Quick Add" button.
The "My Alerts" box gives you a quick summary of your upcoming Milestones as well as your overdue and upcoming tasks for the next week.
The "Quick Add" provides you with a shortcut to create most basic entities on the system, it is covered in more detail in this lesson.
My tasks and events
The "My Tasks and Events" section of the dashboard shows your upcoming events and tasks for the next week along with the relevant case numbers. You can use the arrow button by "Starts" to charge the order in which tasks and events are displayed.
The recent activity section keeps track of changes you or other users have made to the system and lists them by date and activity type.
"My Overdue Tasks" lists the overdue tasks you created on your AgileCase along with their due date and the user that they were assigned to.
At the bottom of the page, the upcoming milestones section lists and your upcoming milestones along with the relevant case to allow easy access.
