# Managing your Bill Settings
This lesson will show you how to access your Bill Settings and explain the importance of tax detail and payment terms.
### Accessing your bill settings
To access your bill settings, select the "Bill Settings" button under the "My Company" heading in the settings sidebar.
### Bill settings
The bill settings page allows you to edit your tax details and payment terms. Tax details allow you to set different tax rates to account for differing product taxes and locations. Payment terms dictate the time period in which an invoice to you must be paid; this is linked to AgileCase's invoicing functionality, which you can read about [here](/user-documentation/accounts-and-bills/creating-an-invoice.md).
